Recent SAT Results

Every year, in line with National Curriculum requirements, our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children are assessed on their ability levels across a range of tasks. We provide parents with their individual child’s results and publish our overall results against national standards. At Eaton we are rightly proud of our children’s achievements.

The National Key Stage Two tests were revised in May 2016. They consist of an arithmetic paper and two mathematical reasoning papers, a reading test and a spelling, punctuation and grammar test (SPAG). Writing will be assessed internally using the new Exemplification documents.

The National Key Stage One tests have also been revised in May 2016 and consist of an arithmetic paper and one mathematical reasoning paper, a reading test and a spelling, punctuation and grammar test (SPAG). Writing will be assessed internally using the new Exemplification documents.  The Key Sage One tests do not have a specific date that they must be completed on but rather a given time frame to be used at the teacher's discretion.
